🛑 PRE-EXAM PRECAUTIONS (Before Exam Day)

1. Do NOT study new topics in last 48 hours
Revise what you already know
New topics increase confusion and anxiety


2. Sleep & body care (very important)
Minimum 6–7 hours sleep
Light food, avoid anything heavy or new
Gentle stretching / breathing (especially helpful given your back condition)


3. Documents checklist (night before)
Admit card (2 copies)
Photo ID (same as application)

Reach centre 30–45 minutes early
